Medical Volunteer Ghana, Africa - Medical Internships Abroad
 Are you looking for a medical volunteer / internship program in Africa? We will search for a hospital fitting to your studies main focus.
The medical internships abroad are mostly in hospitals in Kumasi, Ghana. The employed doctors there will be your mentors and will accompany through your internship.
It is possible that you will experience all stations of the hospital. You will gain a lot of hands-on experience because you possibly have to assist on operations.
If requested after at least four weeks medical internship you can get a clinical traineeship certificate.
Medical Volunteer / Internships take place at following places
- Eye clinic
- Dentist clinic
- Hospital (emergency treatment, inpatient- and outpatient treatment, internal medicine)
- Clinic for childbirth
Fees & Services Medical Internship
- Four-week internship (longer duration possible)
- Taken care of by mentor
- Departure and Return Flight from Frankfurt (surcharge for other airports)
- 2x airport transfer
- Four weeks full board at the RGV guest house
- Recreational facilities: Kumasi city guide,national parks of the area, two-day tour around the crater lake Bosumtwi
- Farewell evening
Fees: 1580,00 Euro
Not included in fees:
Visa, travel insurance, vaccination, personal costs for spare time and workshops(dancing, cooking, drumming), tickets for public transportation in Ghana, drinks.
